The instructors of 901T Safety Consultants are a unique team. We have years of Professional safety driver experience, coupled with a law enforcement background. Our programs involve the most comprehensive training of its type, giving professional truck drivers defensive driving techniques that help them avoid collisions, injuries and violations and teach personal responsibility for their driving decisions.
Additional Training
Code of Federal Regulations requires that employees who supervise drivers receive at least 60 minutes of training on alcohol misuse and 60 minutes controlled substances use. Our law enforcement instructors will provide the supervisors with physical and behavioral indicators along with actual video of persons under the influence to determine whether reasonable suspicion exists with a driver.
Supervisory Training
Our instructors come from a supervisory and management background in Law enforcement. Though the training was law enforcement based the basic supervisory skills and training are the same in any industry. We have a great deal of hands on experience coupled with formal education. We pride ourselves on the ability to create any adult learning program and curriculum that is specific to your company’s needs. At the same time we want to make sure that the instruction is not solely lecture based, but that we are sure to include employee interaction and real-life case scenarios.
